Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chapter President Rudy Escamilla  at 7:00 pm

Opening Prayer: Led by Bishop Flanagan

Pledge of Allegiance:  Mike Morrison

Warden’s Report:  Given by Roy Ball. There were 85 members present.

Thanks to all who turned out to support the Free Throw Tournament.  Great job to Jim Wade, all the DDs and volunteers.

Thanks to the Knights who served the priests who gathered prior to the Chrism Mass.

 A motion to approve the Treasurer's report was made and seconded. The chapter voted to approve the treasurer’s report.

Chapter Committees:

1.  Golf Tournament.   Rusty League. The Golf Tournament was a Huge Success!!!!! Rusty was very Happy and thanked all Brother Knights for there support and help. Bob Von Lehmden also thanked everyone for there support and help for the Auction it went very well.

2. Habitat for Humanity - Fall build will be in same location - Palo Alto estates.

3. Coordinator of Religious. Wayne Pipes. Continue to Support and Pray for Pro-life efforts.

4. Couple's Retreat.   No report

5. Trustees.   No report.

Old Business. 

Roy Ball thanked everyone and handed out certificates to all volunteers who helped at the Religious Appreciation Dinner.  Rich Moken requested cash or Liquor donations to support our hospitality room at the State convention 

New Business.

Need Volunteers and Wine, prizes...Jubilee Celebration May 17th San Fernando Cathedral. Need workers , wine, and gifts....

Diocesan Deputy Report -   Jim Wade.  

Jim Wade Reported on the Free Throws playoffs that are March 10th at Central Catholic 8am  and March 17th at UTSA. Support is good all are being supported at this time but still need more... State Convention in Corpus Christi  in May Looks good ...
